As a licensed esthetician and beauty enthusiast I was very excited to try the Color FX Correct Stick Color Correctors. I received 3 shades that I have been using as part of my make up routine. The 3 shades I received are Peachy, Flame, and Matcha. These color corrector sticks are very creamy and versatile. I have dark under eyes and find that using Peachy helps neutralize the darkness of my under eyes. The formula blends easily and works well with various concealers. Flame is great for color correcting darker areas like dark spots on my skin. It is also a great shade for deeper skin tones aiming to conceal hyperpigmentation.I often have redness and a little irritation around my nose area and find that the shade matcha is perfect for color correcting. The green hue works great for neutralizing redness on any area of the face. I was so excited to try out the cover, FX color correct stick in the shades Matcha and shell. as a fair skin, girl, sometimes i deal with redness, and that was easy to cover using the green shade Matcha With just a little bit of this product. I was able to neutralize any redness in my cheeks or around my nose. It’s also great to use to cover any acne or rosacea Prior to applying foundation in order to neutralize the redness, and therefore be able to apply less color product to avoid cakey-ness or heavy makeup. I also loved being able to use the lighter shade shell to neutralize any dark circles underneath my eyes. tone of this color corrector helps to offset the blue purple hue of a dark under eye. I have pretty healthy skin being in my 40s, but the one thing that I just have not managed to get under control are the dark circles under my eyes. The color correctors from Cover Fx have really changed the game for me! My dark circles are on the purple/red side. I was able to use the matcha and shell color correctors to neutralize the purple coloring. The stick format make them easy to apply. I just dab some on my skin with the stick and blend in with my fingers (or you could use a sponge). The color corrector has a creamy consistency which makes it great for blending into my skin. It layers well with my makeup and it stays all day. The color corrector covers my dark circles well enough that I haven't need to use concealer on top of it, but you could certainly still add that if needed.
