Orders & Returns
All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Once your order is packed and processed, you will receive a tracking number to your email. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the product to leave our warehouse.

If your shade isn’t your perfect match or the product doesn't work for you, we will gladly refund or exchange items and sales tax for unopened or gently used products– minus the shipping charges made within 30 days of purchase. Doubling down on our philosophy to create skin-safe cosmetics that allow you to put a confident face forward, this revamped fan-favorite is even better than the original. This formula has been improved with the addition of even more skin-friendly ingredients than before. Probiotics, antioxidants and humectants have been added to help the skin stay supple and fresh while working to assist the skin from losing elasticity and brightness. Its coated pigments allow skin to look “skin-like” with a soft-focus smoothing effect. We’re so excited to reintroduce you to this better-than-ever formula. All our foundations remain skin-first formulas that are vegan, cruelty-free, mineral oil-free, fragrance-free, talc-free, gluten-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, alkyl sulfate-free, coal tar-free, and paraffin-free.

Look for the open jar icon on the back or bottom of the product or packaging for the PAO (Period After Opening). The number inside followed by the letter M indicates the shelf life of the product in months from the time opened. SPF products do not have this icon, and instead, are marked with an expiration date.

All Cover FX products remain skin-first formulas that are vegan, cruelty-free, mineral oil-free, fragrance-free, talc-free, gluten-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, alkyl sulfate-free, coal tar-free, and paraffin-free.
Yes, we use finely milled mica as a clean alternative to talc in many of our powder products. We also use it in our luminous finish products to impart a radiant shimmer.

Yes, if purchased on CoverFX.com we will update your account with your previous purchases. However, purchases from other retailers are not eligible for points.
