What is your holiday return policy?
In honor of the holiday season, for orders placed between 10/2/23-12/31/23 we have extended our return policy to 60 days to give you more than enough time to try their favorite products. As always, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to return or exchange your product for free, minus shipping. To process a return, click here.

Effective January 1, 2024 we will revert back to our normal return policy of 30 days from the date of purchase. 

What are your holiday shipping cut-offs?
Our team is working hard to process and deliver your items as soon as possible. We recommend that you complete your purchase(s) no later than midnight ET on 12/12 for standard shipping and midnight ET on 12/15 for priority shipping to receive in time for the holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding your tracking information. It usually takes up to 3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Due to the holiday season, it may take an additional 2 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders (excluding taxes). The total delivery time (excluding processing time) for standard shipping is within 7 business days. 3-day shipping is $8.99 on U.S. orders under $40 and $3.99 on orders $40+. Please note that any orders placed after 12 p.m. PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get you your orders as quickly as possible!

We proudly stand behind our products, and strive to provide an easy, stress-free customer experience. If you are unhappy with any item(s) you have received, we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – made within 30 days of purchase. No Questions Asked!

When will I get my refund?
If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days from the date of a processed return. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Can I return a gift card?

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Once your order is packed and processed, you will receive a tracking number to your email. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the product to leave our warehouse.

Q: Can I change or cancel my CoverFX.com order once it’s placed?
A: Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or edited. Please Contact Us and one of our Customer Experience Experts will address for you.  

Q: I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn’t work.
A: If your order shipped today, please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to upload to the tracking link. After that time period if you need assistance, please complete the service request form or Chat with a Pro.

Q: Can I use multiple coupons?
A: You may apply ONE coupon code per order (with the exception of Free Shipping).

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to ineligible use of coupon code and to modify or cancel an offer due to technical errors or unforeseen problems.
Coupon codes cannot be used or applied to orders already placed.

Supplies of all Free-gift offers are limited.

International Orders:
