  • Oily Skin Types

  • The Cover FX shade system is easier to follow and is inclusive of all skintones. Cover FX created more shades with each shade scientifically three percent darker than the previous shade in the series.

  • Find your undertone (underlying skin tone): P = Pink, N = Neutral (equal parts pink and golden), G = Golden. The lower the number, the lighter the shade. Start with the N series if you're not sure what your undertone is. If the shade looks too Pink, find your shade in the Golden undertones. If the shade looks too Yellow, find your shade in the Pink undertones.
  • Using provided sponge applicator, gently rub on surface of product to pick up the desired amount of powder.

Pressed Mineral Foundation is rated 4.2468 out of 5 by 77.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Covers rosacea I have very noticeable rosacea on my cheeks. Not just redness, but burst blood vessels. I use P20 and it works seamlessly with my complexion. It completely hides the problem areas and there is no noticeable difference over areas I choose not to cover. That's pretty amazing. No allergic reaction, not drying (although I do usually apply it over a moisturizer -- but even touch-ups don't burn). It's weird, I just put it on and only really notice I'm wearing makeup when I'm washing my face and see that yeah no I definitely have burst blood vessels. Would never switch to another brand, although I'm curious to try the drops. Very loyal and satisfied customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have! I absolutely love this product! I have extremely sensitive skin and also suffer from rosacea on my cheeks. This has never ever irritated my skin at all! Cover fx foundation products are the only ones I feel comfortable using on my delicate skin. This pressed mineral foundation completely covers any redness I may have while leaving my skin with the most beautiful finish, not too matte and not too shiny. Also, a little goes a long way with this product, which is amazing because it means it lasts a long time, but I would recommend applying it with a light hand as it may appear heavy on the skin if you use too much. This is a must have in my makeup/ skin care bag!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why change shades and formulation? I loved loved loved this product before cover fx changed the shades and I'm sure the formulation has changed as well as it smells different too. I used M60 in the past and now I can't find the right match from the new shade chart as what they suggested does not match... I tried 3 shades already!! The coverage is not the same either... I'm very disappointed and now I'm on a search to find a new powder foundation from another company. Why the change cover fx? If it ain't broke why fix .... ?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I used to swear by this...what happened? I used to be E30 in the old formula, and it was PERFECT. I used it for 4 years! I recently went to re-buy and the colors are all different...so I bought a color closest to E30 and it was so dark. Not only that, the formula was awful. It used to be matte, full coverage and last 24 hours. Now its sheer and turns me orange! Why CoverFX, why? You've lost my money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incredibly dissappointed with the new shades/formu I was the biggest Cover FX mineral powder advocate - promoting your powder everywhere since, I WAS completely in love with it. I used to use B15 in the summer and M80 in the winter. Always getting compliments. Now, with the change - there is no SPF in the product and the shades are absolutely horrible!! Will never purchase Cover FX again and all of my friends have already found another brand. Bye bye COver FX - it was nice while it lasted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Change to Pressed Mineral Foundation - Poor I cannot buy this product at store level - as well color chart does not match previous number I was using. Now I see from reviews the new product is not the same anyway. I am forced to find another product line - Very Disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why change the formulation and shade I don't understand. I've been back like 6 times trying to find the right shade because I've been using this product for years and now nothing matches and it doesn't have the same coverage. I am so disappointed. Can't they bring back the old shades, I used the conversion chart but it didn't work at all, the shade was so orange on my skin, looked so odd in daylight. I won't be buying this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE This new forumula I used the older version in m20 of this before and completely hated it! it made my skin look super flaky and dry. Also, the shade was tad too light for me. But with this new formula, I thought I give it another try and I am completely in LOVE with it! No more Talc! I am using M30 which is the perfect shade. Thanks cover fx

I have an oily T-zone but dry on the cheeks, forehead and chin which is a touch of eczema.  I like the way this covers my face with the right moisturizer but I was wondering what would be a good finishing powder for those oily areas.

Hi! How do I know whether the mineral powder or cream foundation is best for my skin type? 60 YOA, live in very dry climate, normal light skin.

    Asked by: Barbie
Hi Barbie, As we know that dry climate is very hard on your skin, we would first recommend using our F+ Neuroli: Hydration Custom Infusion Drops, to give you a boost of hydration without adding any oil. As for foundation you can use either the Cream or Powder. We also would recommend trying our Natural Finish Oil Free Foundation with the Anti-Aging Primer. Does Pressed Mineral Foundation contain any SPF now? I know it used to but a manager at Sephora told me the other day that it no longer contains spf 30.
