Hi All,
Had another incredible result with Natural FX the other day in the CosMedic Clinic at Sunnybrook that I want to share with you. Young girl with a PWS (portwine stain) was sent by her Dermatologist to see me about covering the pink-red birthmark about her right eye and upper cheek. Sweet little girl with these incredibly blue eyes and a wonderful smile. She had undergone close to 2 dozen laser treatments with very limited results. I chose Natural FX water based foundation in E10 as her skintone was light with a mixture of pink and yellow undertones. Using a #120 layering brush I applied the foundation over the mark and built the coverage in a patting motion and finished with setting fx. FANTASTIC result-looked as though the birthmark had vanished! The little girl and her mother were speechless as they had never seen her skin flawless and mark free. I just stood back and again was amazed by the natural and effective result that is achievable with CoverFX!! In spite of working with these products for years, the results still thrill me!
Best to all,
Lee

I don’t mind your questions at all. Mineral FX will give you a radiant sheer coverage for normal skin whereas Powder FX will give you a more matte, sheer to moderate coverage for skin that tends to be normal to oily.
SkinPrep FX can be used by all skin types. You can use it on its own without moisturizer or if you prefer moisturize first and then SkinPrep. This process can be used day and night. SkinPrep is a primer before you apply your foundation and creates a very smooth and hydrated surface on your skin.
Clean FX is a cleanser and makeup remover in one. Shake the bottle first as it is a two phase system, contains no soap or alcohol and is a waterless cleanser, you can splash water on after cleansing if you like. The aloe ingredient makes your skin feel soft and smooth.
Thank you for your comments and hope I answered all your questions.

“I am getting married in a month and have purchased Cover FX to cover a small visible tattoo on my chest. My colours are perfect and it covers really well but I’m fearful that the makeup will still rub off on my dress (halter style). I tried putting liquid bandage over it and it peals after a couple of hours. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Dee”
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I have a suggestion for you to keep the coverage in place. After you have applied the coverage to your satisfaction and set with Setting FX translucent powder, take a damp tissue or cloth and pat gently over the area to lightly remove any excess powder that has been used to set. You may put another light application of the powder on and then again use the damp tissue one more time. Please test this out before your wedding day. I have used this technique at the clinic and it worked very well.

Hi Sharon,
Great question. Cover FX does offer 4 different series B C E and M. Within each series there are shades that range from lightest to darkest. You describe your skin as pale that gets very red so you could fit into any of the three caucasian C E or M series. The orange-ish colour you are getting on your skin may be the result of two things. Wrong series or wrong colour (too dark) in the series that was chosen. The M series is working for you because your actual undertone, excluding the fact that you have redness in your skin, is a match in that series. M series addresses a yellow to olive undertone-even if you are pale, you can still be in that series.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have more questions.
